Viu Movies & Win Weekly Draw Promotion
1. Viu Movies & Win Weekly Draw (the “Promotion”) is organized by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited (“PCCW OTT”).
2. The Promotion shall commence on 6th November 2017 0000hours and shall end on 26 November 2017 2359hours, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. By participating in this Promotion, participants accept and agree to be bound by Viu’s Terms & Conditions and these Specific Terms & Conditions (collectively, the “T&Cs”).
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents of age 18 and above as at 6 November 2017.
5. Participants affirm the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Weekly Draw entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
6. Participants have to:
a) Be a Viu Premium subscriber during the Promotion Period and upon prize redemption if deemed as a Winner;
b) Neither a PCCW OTT’s employee or an immediate family member of a PCCW OTT’s employee. For the purposes of this Contest, “immediate family member” of an individual shall be taken to include the individual’s spouse, parents, grandparents, children (adopted, half and step children included), grandchildren, siblings and parents-in-law;
c) Log in to their Viu Premium account and watch at least 3 movies each week during the Qualifying Period of each draw;
d) Submit their draw entry by 23:59 of the day before the weekly draw. Once submitted, you will be automatically entered into all 3 draws.
7. Submitting multiple entries will not increase chances of winning. PCCW OTT shall only take the last entry as valid. Participants will only be required to submit form once.
The Draw
8. The three qualifying periods are as such:
Weekly Draw 13 Nov - 6 November 2017 00:00 hours to 12 November 2017 23:59 hours;
Weekly Draw 20 Nov - 13 November 2017 00:00 hours to 19 November 2017 23:59 hours; and
Weekly Draw 27 Nov - 20 November 2017 00:00 hours to 26 November 2017 23:59 hours.
9. PCCW OTT will carry out a computerised draw on the stipulated dates weekly during the Promotion Period (“Weekly Draw”) at 6 Temasek Boulevard #41-04A/05 Suntec Tower 4 Singapore 038986.
10. PCCW OTT reserves the right to change the time and venue of the Weekly Draw if deemed necessary without prior notice.
11. All entries are to be received by 23:59 of the day before the draw to be qualified.
Prizes
12. Depending on the date of draw, each Winner will receive the following (“Prize”):
a) Weekly Draw 13 Nov: $2,000 Travel Voucher x 1 winner
b) Weekly Draw 20 Nov: $200 Shopping Voucher x 5 winners
c) Weekly Draw 27 Nov: $2,000 Travel Voucher x 1 winner
13. Notwithstanding the above, PCCW OTT reserves the right to change the Prize or substitute the Prize with other items in its sole and absolute discretion.
14. PCCW OTT makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prize, including without limitation the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose or the value of Prize.
15. PCCW OTT reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants if the prize is not collected within the notified deadline.
16. The Prizes or any part thereof, are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
17. Every week, Winner shall be entitled to receive the following prizes in accordance with the following manner (each prize shall individually be known as “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”):
Weekly Draw on 13 & 27 November 2017: Winner shall be issued a travel voucher of Singapore Dollars Two Thousand (SG$2,000) and shall only be used for booking of flights to any country and accommodation of their choice via Flight Centre Limited (whose services may be found at http://www.flightcentre.com/). The Winner and his or her travel companions shall provide their details to PCCW OTT before departure, and shall ensure that they have at least six (6) months validity on their passports at the time of departure. Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
Weekly Draw on 20 November 2017: Winners shall each receive a CapitaVoucher worth $200 with a twelve (12) months validity (terms of use may be found at https://www.capitaland.com/sg/en/shop/malls/rewards/capitavoucher.html)
18. All Prizes shall be valid for one-time use only. Bookings shall be made separately with the respective suppliers with the respective vouchers issued and preferred dates shall be subjected to availability. Any additional expenses such an insurance, meal and transport shall be borne by the Winners.
Winners
19. The Promotion shall last for a period of three (3) weeks and the Winners shall be announced each week. A total of seven (7) winners shall be announced during the Promotion Period (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”). Each participant shall only be eligible for one prize throughout the entire promotion.
20. A Winner shall be contacted on the same day of draw via the email address provided on the Weekly Draw entry form by 6pm and must satisfy a verification process before being declared the Winner. Winners may need to provide a copy of their NRIC via email for verification purposes. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within twenty four (24) hours, he/she shall be disqualified and another Winner shall be selected.
21. Winners shall be required to verify the personal particulars and endorse on an acceptance of prize form upon collection of prize. Winners shall also produce a copy of their NRIC and to show proof of being a Viu Premium subscriber to redeem the prizes.
22. The Winner may be disqualified if: (a) the Winner cannot be contacted for any reasons (for instance but without limitation, incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided to PCCW Media); (b) the Winner fails to respond within twenty four (24) hours from the time of email; (c) the Winner fails to collect the prize at the designated time and date; (d) identity of the Winner cannot be reasonably verified from the documents or information provided by the Winner; or (e) the Winner breaches any provisions in the T&Cs. PCCW OTT reserves the right to select another Winner, if the original Winner has been disqualified.
23. All verified Winners shall be announced on Viu Singapore’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/viusingapore
24. PCCW OTT’s decision as to the Winners of the Promotion and/or disqualification of the Winner(s) shall be final and conclusive. Participants hereby release and shall have no claim against PCCW OTT in relation to such decision(s).
25. PCCW OTT reserves the right to declare no winner for any draw if it is unable to contact or verify Winners after repeated attempts.
26. By participating in this Promotion, all Winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this Promotion and allow PCCW OTT to use their personal data, photographs and/or video/audio recordings for any and all marketing and promotional purposes PCCW OTT deems appropriate. PCCW OTT reserves the rights to disqualify the Winners in the event that the Winner(s) refuse or fail to participate in such publicity for the Promotion.
27. PCCW OTT reserves the right to change, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion or to amend and withdraw any of the T&Cs without any prior notice.

29. By entering the Promotion, each participant agree that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to PCCW OTT and the public for various purposes, including: a) to communicate with the participant to notify if he/she is the Winner; b) to send each participant notices, information, promotions including marketing and advertising materials in relation to PCCW OTT; c) to be disclosed to the public for announcement of Winners.
Governing Law
30. The governing law of this Specific Terms and Conditions shall be the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Notwithstanding the governing law and jurisdiction clause of Viu’s Terms and Conditions (as referred to at paragraph 3 above), by joining this Promotion, participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for all matters concern
